Facilitator Training

Heal Systems, Empower Lives and Facilitate Transformational Change

May- October, 2025

Become A Facilitator in 2025

Discover the transformative power of Systemic and Family Constellations in this comprehensive facilitator training.

Spanning five months, this program blends in-person and online learning to provide you with a solid theoretical and practical foundation, essential tools, and personal growth to confidently and competently guide individuals and groups toward profound healing through Constellations.

Training Overview

Systemic and Family Constellations is a transformative modality that reveals and resolves hidden dynamics in relationships, organisations, and broader systems. Rooted in the understanding that unresolved patterns and influences, often carried across generations or embedded in systemic structures, can impact present outcomes and interactions of an individual or broader dynamics.

By exploring these dynamics through experiential processes, participants gain clarity and a deeper connection and alignment to their place within the system they belong to—be it families, teams, or organisations. This work fosters insight, resolution and growth, opens up and reveals pathways to healthier relationships, thriving businesses, and sustainable success.

It transforms limitations into resources, fosters harmony, resilience and new ways of being and relating.

Your Teacher's Background

Family and Systemic Constellations have been a cornerstone of my professional Therapy and Coaching practice since 2007 when I finished an immersive training with Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations.

Over the years, I have integrated this transformative modality into a wide range of settings. For individuals and couples, sessions (both in person and via Zoom) have addressed challenges such as depression, anxiety, chronic illness, addictions, marital difficulties and realignment, professional struggles and purpose finding, financial concerns, loss, and grief. In group constellations, these themes often expand to include collective dynamics and deeper system-level insights.

In organizational settings, Systemic Constellations have been instrumental in resolving management challenges, ethical dilemmas, departmental inefficiencies, profit losses, and general incoherence. They have also been highly effective for goal alignment and solution-focused strategies, offering clarity and cohesion for teams and leaders.

The occasional inclusion of my herd of horses, immersive experiences in nature, or volunteer representatives adds a unique and profound dimension to these sessions, deepening the connection to systemic wisdom and allowing for transformative breakthroughs that go beyond the usual frameworks.

I have facilitated experiential workshops on diverse Constellation themes across Australia, the South Pacific and the USA, presented to ACA member groups, and brought organizational Constellations to executive teams in corporations and a five-star health retreat. Additionally, I have shared components of Constellation principles with peers and professional audiences, helping to expand their understanding and application of this transformative work.

My own experience with Family Constellations was profoundly life-changing, instilling a deep respect for its principles and transformative potential. These principles are always at the heart of my work, shaping my perspective and approach. The results I’ve seen are not only deeply personal but also capable of reshaping dynamics within professional and organizational systems.

The profound transformations I have witnessed—whether in individuals, families, or organizations—continue to inspire and strengthen my dedication to sharing the power of this work. I am deeply passionate about making Family and Systemic Constellations accessible to people from all walks of life and professions. Whether you are seeking personal growth, professional development, or a meaningful way to help others, I invite you to join me in exploring the depth and possibilities of this extraordinary modality.

I received my initial comprehensive Family Constellation training in 2007 by the founder, Bert Hellinger. Before that and since then I have trained with a wide variety of international Constellation trainers and elders: Hunter Beaumont, Peter van Zuilekom, Stephan Hausner, Dr. Guni Baxa, Sne Victoria Schnabel, Siegmar Gerken, Ursula Franke, Gerhard Walper, Ah Fung, Francesca Boring, Mark Wolynn, Dr Karlheinz Rauscher, Daan van Kamperhout, Cecilio Regojo, Dr Jane Peterson, Maria Dolenc … and many more who I was honoured to witness their work in this field.
